Customer Service


This world is in need of better customer service. On Friday I was at Sam's Club with two tired kids. After shopping all day, I was down to my final item - Glad press and seal. I looked all over and couldn't find it, so I asked a Sam's Club employee where the item was. She looked at me and said, "I don't know. Why don't you look at the signs, they'll tell you where to go." After saying that she shook her head and walked away! Thanks for the help lady. Hopefully next time someone asks you where something is you will do your job.
