Chimes...

This morning I woke up to the sound of an alarm. It was an annoying sound. Ding Dong, Ding Dong. The crazy thing about it was I didn't remember setting an alarm last night - which is rare. For the first time in a long time I turned my alarm off. So this morning when I heard this alarm I was somewhat confused. I woke up, looked at my alarm clock, and realized it wasn't my alarm clock. What could it be? I looked at a couple watches I have, thinking the alarm on those could have been on. But it wasn't the alarm on my watches. By this time I was awake, so I headed downstairs. While downstairs, I made some coffee and decided to drink it outside. When I opened the back door, the alarm sound got louder. I looked around, and found what was making the annoying sound - my neighbors windchimes. I think my neighbors just purchased these, because I have never heard this sound before. And what is even more annoying is that it is not that windy today. Just a gentle breeze. Now I'll have to figure out a way to silence those chimes.
