Passion...

I read a great blog entry last night by my friend Troy West. To read it "click here."

Troy's entry forced me to ask some questions of myself.
- What am I passionate about?
- Am I communicating that passion to other people?
- Am I pursuing the passions that God has put in my heart?
- Do I have a plan to see the passions God has given me become a reality?
- Do I have a clear vision for my life?
These were just some of the questions I had after reading Troy's blog.

I believe God has put people on earth for a purpose.
I believe we are not suppose to go through life spinning our wheels wondering what to do, and in the end accomplishing nothing of eternal value.
I believe God has gifted each person in a unique way to carry out their unique purpose.
I believe we are not put in our current situations by accident.

So again, I ask myself and whoever else reads this blog - what are you passionate about? What gifts has God given you, and what are you doing with those gifts that will have an impact for eternity? What are you doing TODAY about God's purpose for your life?
