Read - which energized me.
I went for a run - which energized me. Not only do I run for excercise, but to think as well. I have some great thoughts when I'm running.
Played with my kids - which energized me. We went sledding in the front yard.
Took a nap - which energiazed me.

Personally, I think it is important to rest. Who are we to think that we can keep going and going and going, and expect to function at a high level? Even God rested on the 7th day! If we work 7 days/week do we think we are better than God?

So last Saturday I rested, and I loved every minute of it. I look forward to my next rest day, because it's these days that keep me going in ministry for the long haul.
