Snakes...
I hate snakes. Even innocent, non-poisonous snakes. One time I saw a little gardener snake, which was no larger than a foot in length, and I freaked out. My reaction was similar to the guy in this video.
What freaks you out?

I'm with you on the snakes...I scream like a pre-teen girl at a Jonas Bros. concert when I see snakes.....
Holy cow, that's hilarious. I watched his reaction at least 10 times.
At night, if I come downstairs in the dark, I get a little freaked out that I'm going to turn a corner and see some face staring in a window from the outside.
Also, scorpions.
