River Bank Run
Well, it's about time I put another post on this blog, even though no one ever reads it. Maybe they don't read it because there is nothing on here to read? Just a thought. Well I've decided for the next month I'm going to blog about my training for the 5/3 River Bank Run. So here we go...
Friday - 10 Mile Run. I felt really good even though it was snowing. Yes snowing in Michigan at the end of March. Pretty common thing.
Saturday & Sunday - Off. I participated in the 30 Hour Famine at church. It's hard to run when you haven't eaten in 30 hours.
Monday - 6 Mile Run. Good to get back out on the open road, and it was 55 degrees. Now that is better running weather.
Tuesday - 3 Mile Hill workout. I hate doing hills, but I need to because that is what you experience around mile 10 during the River Bank Run.
