I absolutely love this simple idea from skip1.org - Take what you would of spent on lunch, a latte, a manicure, anything really and donate instead to skip1.org. All public donations go to the acquisition and distribution of food and water projects worldwide. Simple. Check out their site and take 60 seconds to watch this video. They are kicking skip1.org off tomorrow by challenging everyone to skip one thing and donate the money to skip1.org.
